渥太华中心城区的社区设计规划及其启示*

摘要: 社区规划类型是加拿大城市规划体系中的重要组成部分，在加拿大宜居城市建设中发挥了巨大作用，但是在不同省/地区的不同城市中采用不同的规划名称，首都渥太华的社区设计规划是其中最具代表性的之一。通过对渥太华中心区的社区设计规划的相关背景、主要内容及编制情况的阐述，探讨城市中心区混合功能社区的社区规划的主要特征以及2000年之后社区设计规划的一些新动向。对加拿大的社区规划实践和类型的研究可为我国类似的社区发展及社区规划提供有益的借鉴与启示。
Abstract: The type of community planning is an important part of the Canadian urban planning system and plays a major role in the construction of livable cities in Canada. However, there are different planning classifications in different cities of different provinces or regions. The community design planning adopted by Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, is one of the most representative types. This article expounds the relevant background, main contents and compilation of community design planning in the heart of Centertown Ottawa, and discusses the main characteristics of community planning for mixed function communities in the central area of the city and some new trends of community design planning after 2000. The research on the practice and types of community planning in Canada is expected to provide useful references and inspirations for similar community development and community planning in China.
