皖南古村落可持续旅游发展研究
Research on Sustainable Tourism Development of Ancient Villages in Southern

摘要: 皖南古村落作为承载了我国重要历史文化的杰出遗产，具有重要的保护价值，同时由于它仍是一处“活着的”遗产，因此承担着发展的使命。自上世纪80年代以来，古村落旅游得到了飞速发展并且取得了巨大的成功，但同时，旅游发展过程中的“不可持续性”特征也开始逐渐显现，旅游遭遇了瓶颈，古村落的未来发展也陷入了困境。选取了黄山市歙县、黟县、宣城市泾县的7个发展旅游的古村落作为研究对象，尤其以泾县的査济村作为重点考察对象，从历史与现实的角度，对旅游发展中的4个主要方面进行全面考察，这4个方面分别是：旅游供给、旅游需求、旅游管理和旅游效应，从而探究皖南古村落旅游的特征以及背后的逻辑关系。在此基础上，提出了以理念创新为先导，机制建设为重点的“可持续旅游”新思路，以实现皖南古村落的可持续发展。
Abstract: Ancient villages in Southern Anhui as distinguished heritage which bear of important history and culture of China, have important value. Meanwhile, as places of “living” heritage, they also bear of the mission of development. Tourism of ancient villages in Southern Anhui began in 1980s, in the latest 30 years, it has made a rapid development, but in the process, "unsustainable" features gradually appear, so that the development of both tourism and the villages suffer a trouble. This
Research takes 7 ancient villages in Southern Anhui for example, particularly Zhaji, in Jingxian County as a key study object. In the view of history and reality, the article studies the tourism development of this area from 4 main aspects: supply, demand, management and effect, so as to make clear what the characteristics of the tourism of the ancient villages in Southern Anhui is, and further to explore the evolution logic behind. On the basis, the article puts forward a sustainable way which is firstly depending on mind changing, secondly on mechanism construction, to make the tourism develop sustainably.
