小城镇全域规划的探索与思考——以武汉市长轩岭街道为例
Exploration and Refection of Small Town Panoramic Planning: A Case Study of Changxuanling Sub-District of Wuhan

摘要: 基于武汉市长轩岭街道的规划实践，探索了新时期小城镇全域规划的内涵、编制理念、技术路线与主要内容。从有针对性的差异化发展策略、基于项目策划的产业发展规划、面向实施的村庄集聚建设方案、生态环境保护优先的空间管制规划等4个方面总结了长轩岭全域规划的主要创新内容。
Abstract: Based on Changxuanling panoramic planning, this paper studies the intention, idea, technical route and primary coverage of small town panoramic planning in the new era. Then from the aspects of targeted differentiation strategy, industrial development planning based on project plan, enforceable village gathering construction planning, and space control plan of preferentially protecting ecological environments, it concludes the main innovative contents of panoramic planning of Changxuanling Sub-district.
