上海智能电网建设实践和规划发展

摘要: 运用信息技术改造现有能源利用体系、开发电网体系的能源效率，是应对能源发展挑战的解决途径之一。通过对智能电网概念和内涵的理解，分析了上海发展智能电网的客观要求和内在动力，并在阐述上海智能电网发展现状的基础上，提出未来上海智能电网的发展目标、技术攻关方向和重点建设领域。
Abstract: Based on the concept of smart grid, this paper analyzes the objective requirements and internal power of the development of the smart grid in Shanghai, and on the basis of interpretation of smart grid development status, focus on future development goals, technology research direction and development aspects of the smart grid.
