摘要: 在信息通信技术(ICT)快速发展的背景下,信息时代的城市具有新的发展特征,智慧技术被认为是城市未来规划的重要手段和对象,在智慧技术支撑下的可持续生态城市系统的建构显得尤为重要。崇明岛作为未来生态城市发展的示范地区,即将面临城镇化的进一步发展,通过对其智慧生态发展的规划与建构,对未来城市智慧化和生态化导向的发展进行探索。

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT), the city of the information age has a new development features. Smart technology is considered to be an important means and objects of the future urban planning, under the support of smart technology , sustainable eco-city's construction seems particularly important. Chongming Island as a future eco-city development demonstration area, is about to face the further development of urbanization, the smart eco-development planning and construction of Chongming Island is helpful to the future city's smart and eco development.
