摘要: 20世纪开始,文化创意产业在世界范围内快速发展,经历了从文化工业到文化产业,从文化产业到创意产业,再到如今的 数字创意产业的内涵演变。英国作为其中的主要引导者和推动者,通过不断完善政策设计和治理体系,逐步探索出多级 部门、多元政策和多方主体协同的创意产业协同路径,推动着创意内涵与时俱进、创意经济稳步增长和创意空间规模集 聚,为我国创意产业提供了良好示范与发展思路。通过分析总结英国创意产业演进历程中的现实基础和协同路径,结合 我国高质量发展的政策背景,尝试从创意体系、创意氛围、创意空间和创意内涵4方面提出对我国创意产业高质量协同 发展的建议。

Abstract: Since the twentieth century, the world's cultural and creative industries have grown fast, shifting from culture industry to cultural industries, to creative industries, and finally to digital creative industries. The United Kingdom, as a major promoter, has gradually explored the synergistic path of multi-level departmental synergy, multi-policy synergy, and multi- subject synergy by continuously improving the policy design and governance system, promoting the evolution of creative connotation with time, the steady growth of the creative economy, and the scale gathering of creative space, and providing a good model and development idea for China's creative industry. By analysing and summarising the realistic foundation and synergistic paths in the evolution of the UK's creative industries, this paper tries to put forward suggestions for the high- quality synergistic development of China's creative industries in four aspects: creative system, creative atmosphere, creative space, and creative connotation.
