Low Carbon Ecological Planning and Practice of Further Development in Shanghai World Expo Urban Best Practices Area

摘要: 城市最佳实践区肩负上海城市的“后世博发展”新标杆的使命，本文依托城市最佳实践区的低碳发展实践，根据城市最佳实践区的功能定位特点和3大低碳发展目标，结合国内外的低碳发展经验，对实践区的低碳建设及运营提出了可量化的低碳指标体系、低碳规划和绿色建筑导则，为实践区的低碳建设与发展提供科学依据。同时介绍了实践区开展低碳实践的具体案例和相关举措，以及低碳实践的经济成本和效益分析。

Abstract: Shanghai Urban Best Practice Area(UBPA) undertakes a great mission of “Post-Expo Development”. This article, based on the low carbon development practice of UBPA, proposed a low carbon index system, low carbon planning and green building guidelines towards the low carbon construction and operation in UBPA according to its function characteristic and three low carbon development goals and combined with low carbon development experience at home and abroad, which would provide scientific basis for the low carbon construction and development to UBPA. Moreover, this article also introduced the concrete case and related measures of low carbon practice in UBPA and the economic cost and benefit analysis of low carbon practices as well .
