重庆主城生活圈的露营地分布特征与供给优化

摘要: 近年露营活动以其短距离、低强度、慢节奏、社交互动的特点,迅速兴起。目前,部分城市针对露营地颁布了准入、用地、 建设、经营管理等维度的指引,但大部分城市响应不足。重庆作为山水之城、美丽之地,主城露营地类型多样、规模初具, 但从属性、季节性、多样性等空间随机特征,带来刚性布局与设施配套的协调博弈式难题,存在活动扩展性弱、配套设施 短缺、拥挤与闲置并存、环境污染等问题,影响露营体验和持续利用,值得深入解析和谋划。为此,可结合城乡生活圈升 级,探索应用最大预期福利、最大最小福利、最小最大后悔3个决策标准,实现露营地供求最优匹配和居民福祉增进。
Abstract: In recent years, camping activities have rapidly emerged due to their characteristics of short distance, low intensity, slow pace, and social interaction. At present, some cities have proposed guidelines for camping sites in terms of admission, land use, construction, and management, but most cities have not responded adequately. As a city renowned for its mountains and waters, Chongqing has diverse types of camping sites in the main urban area. However, due to spatial random characteristics such as attributes, seasonality, and diversity, there are coordination game-style problems in rigid layout and facility matching, such as weak activity expansion, shortage of supporting facilities, coexistence of crowding and idleness, and environmental pollution, which affect camping experience and sustainable utilization. This warrants further analysis and planning. To address these issues, this study combines the upgrading of urban-rural living circles and explores the application of three decision criteria: maximum welfare, maximum minimum welfare, and minimum maximum regret, to achieve dynamic matching of supply and demand in camping sites and improve residents’ well-being.
