摘要: 乡村风貌和肌理保护是乡村振兴背景下衡量乡村高质量发展的重要维度。针对上海乡村风貌和肌理认知多停留在经 验描述、缺乏科学量化解析的现状,以上海城镇开发边界外的全域郊野地区为研究对象,结合 ArcGIS、Fragstats 等测 算技术,建立一套可量化、可验证的评价模型,精准识别和量化探明上海不同地区乡村聚落的差异化空间肌理,实现 “沪派江南”乡土意象从经验描述向数据量化的研究方式转型。构建了可落地、可复制的乡村空间基因量化技术体系, 既为上海乡村肌理保护、分区差异化规划设计与管控提供量化工具,也为我国乡村风貌研究提供可操作性、可推广的 乡村空间基因量化研究科学范式。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of rural revitalization, the conservation of rural landscape and spatial fabric serves as a vital criterion for measuring high-quality rural development. Given that current understanding of Shanghai’s rural landscape and spatial fabric mostly remains at the stage of empirical description and lacks scientific quantitative interpretation, this paper takes all suburban territories beyond Shanghai’s urban development boundary as the research object. By adopting analytical technologies such as ArcGIS and Fragstats, it constructs a quantifiable and verifiable evaluation model to accurately identify and quantitatively reveal the differentiated spatial fabric of rural settlements in distinct areas of Shanghai. The study accomplishes a paradigm shift in the research of “Shanghai Inspired of Jiangnan” rural imagery from empirical narration to data-based quantification and establishes an implementable and replicable quantitative technical system for rural spatial genes. The findings not only deliver quantitative instruments for the preservation of Shanghai’s rural spatial fabric as well as differentiated zonal planning, design, and management, but also form an operable and promotable scientific paradigm of quantitative research on rural spatial genes for domestic studies on rural landscapes across China.
