地方性视角下历史城镇传统手工业空间演变与保 护发展研究* ——以平遥推光漆器产业空间为例

摘要: 传统手工业空间是历史城镇活态遗产的核心载体，会随着社会经济发展进行适应性演变以保持产业活态，但目前其演 变机制与保护策略尚未形成系统性研究框架。基于“地方性”理论视角，构建“物质空间—手工业活动—地方意义” 分析框架，以平遥推光漆器产业空间为例，揭示其从清代作坊到现代产业集群的演变特征：产业模式从单一生产向文 旅融合转型，空间布局从城内集聚向城乡网络扩散，地方认同从工匠群体向多元主体扩展。研究发现，外部结构性动力 （如政策变化、旅游化）通过重塑产品定位及价值，隐性主导空间变迁，而地方主体（工匠、政府、资本）通过适应性实 践塑造产业韧性。基于此，提出推动产业创新以适配当代需求、促进空间活化与规划整合、强化在地人才培育与外向文 化辐射3个建议，为历史城镇活态遗产保护与产业可持续发展提供理论范式与实践路径。
Abstract: As the core carrier of living heritage in historic towns, traditional handicraft space will keep adapting and evolving with socioeconomic development to keep the industry alive, but at present its evolution mechanism and conservation strategy have not yet formed a systematic research framework. Based on the theory of placeness, this paper constructs an analytical framework of “material space - craft activity - local meaning”. Taking Pingyao hand-polished lacquerware industry as a case study, this research reveals its evolution from Qing Dynasty workshops to a modern industrial cluster, characterized by the transformation of the industrial form from craft-exclusive operations to cultural-tourism integration, the diffusion of spatial configuration from intra-city agglomeration to urban-rural network, and the expansion of local identity from artisan groups to pluralistic subjects. It is found that external structural dynamics (policy changes, tourism-driven transformation) implicitly dominate spatial changes through the reshaping of product positioning and value, while local stakeholders (artisans, government, capital investors) strengthen industrial resilience through adaptive practices. Building upon this analysis, three recommendations are proposed: promoting industrial innovation adapted to contemporary demands, advancing spatial revitalization and integrated planning, and boosting local talent development and cultural impact, to establish a theoretical paradigm and actionable pathways for the conservation of living heritage and the sustainable development of industries in historic towns.
