复合生态空间“沪派江南”营造的NbS本土化适 配探索* ——以上海市崇明区中兴镇富圩单元为例

摘要: 结合上海“沪派江南”营造实践，探索NbS新标准的本土化适配方案。通过解读NbS新标准内容变革，结合案例分析 上海“沪派江南”营造所面临的现实问题，提出在理念上升级融入“三生融合”，在机制上建构“制度—体系—操作” 三位一体协调模式，在尺度上从3个空间层次推进优化营造，以及划分“基底调查与识别诊断—目标协同与方案共创— 分步实施与过程共治—成效评估与适应性迭代”多个工作阶段，并且构建了全生命周期的指引任务清单。进而以上海 市崇明区中兴镇富圩单元为案例，初步验证了本土化适配方案的可行性，以期为上海超大城市郊野复合生态空间的高 质量营建做出积极贡献。
Abstract: Drawing from the construction practice of “Shanghai-style Jiangnan”, this paper explores the localization adaptation for the new NbS standards. By interpreting the content changes of the new NbS standards and analyzing the practical issues faced by the construction of “Shanghai-style Jiangnan” through case studies, it proposes to upgrade and integrate the concept of “integration of production, life, and ecology”, construct a three-in-one coordination model of “institution-system-operation”, promote optimized construction from three spatial levels in terms of scale, and divide multiple work stages including “base investigation and identification diagnosis - goal collaboration and scheme co-creation - step-by-step implementation and process cogovernance - effectiveness evaluation and adaptive iteration”, and construct a full-life cycle guidance task list. Taking the Fuwei Unit as a case study, the feasibility of the localization adaptation plan has been preliminarily verified, and it is expected to make positive contributions to the high-quality construction of composite ecological spaces in the suburbs of Shanghai.
