上海市都市型工业空间组织探讨

摘要: 都市型工业作为一种轻微型、环保和低消耗的新型工业，在我国上海最先发展，且经历了有10多年历程。阐述了上海都市型工业近10年的发展概况及空间组织特点。通过研究发现，上海都市型工业发展整体情况良好；就发展质量而言，中心城区要远远高于外围城区；都市型工业内部产业结构也经历了重点发展产业的变迁。最后，针对上海市都市型工业表现出来的特点和问题，提出了一些改善的建议，希望能够对上海都市型工业的进一步调整、升级提供现实依据。
Abstract: As a mild, environmental friendly and low consumption new industry, urban industry was first developed in Shanghai, and has gone through about ten years. This paper describes the development of Shanghai urban industry in recent decades and the characteristics of spatial organization, then, tries to explore the formation mechanism of spatial organization. After studying ,we can find that the development of urban industry overall is in good condition. In the quality of development, the central city is much higher than the peripheral urban areas. And the internal structure of the urban industry has also experienced a industry changes. Finally we put forward some suggestions to solve the problems that the urban industries display ,and try to provide theoretical support for the further development of the urban industries.
