空间网络视角下乡村组织重构与布点规划转型 研究——以浙江省东阳市为例

摘要: 乡村空间组织模式是优化城乡空间、助力乡村振兴的基础，基于手机信令数据，以浙江省东阳市为例，发现当前乡村空 间结构区别于传统中心地体系，呈现点轴化特征，表现出城区周边网络化、重点镇周边网络化与向心化并存，特色村镇 辐射状和外围山区零散化的特征。乡村空间组织出现网络型、辐射型、零散型3种典型模式，并出现单元间产业结构调 整、服务设施配套、空间品质转型和政策供给的差异化需求。提出新时代村庄布点规划与乡村发展指引，应以乡村空间 组织为基本发展单元、以利益联结为基本动力，构建特色附加的设施供给和文化品牌塑造路径，探讨规划衔接与政策 保障策略，以期为同类地区乡村空间组织识别和布点规划编制提供参考。
Abstract: The rural spatial organization model serves as the foundation for optimizing urban-rural space and facilitating rural revitalization. Based on mobile phone signaling data, this study empirically examines Dongyang City in Zhejiang Province and finds that the current rural spatial structure differs from the traditional central place system, exhibiting point-axis characteristics. It demonstrates the coexistence of networked and centripetal features around urban areas and key towns, as well as the radiation-like characteristics of characteristic villages and towns, and scattered distribution in peripheral mountainous areas. Three typical modes of rural spatial organization are identified: networked, radiation-like, and scattered. Differentiated needs exist for inter-unit industrial structure adjustment, service facility support, spatial quality transformation, and policy supply. The planning proposes new era village layout and rural development guidance, which should take rural spatial organization as the basic unit, industrial cooperation as the basic driving force, and construct facility supply with cultural brand shaping strategy. It explores strategies for planning cohesion and policy support, in order to provide references for the identification of rural spatial organization and layout planning in similar areas.
