瑞安天地项目的城市设计模式和运作特点

Urban Design Mode and Implementation Pattern of Tian-Di Development Projects by Shui On Land

摘要: 简要介绍瑞安天地项目在大规模城市开发过程中的“太平桥模式”，具体分析这些项目为实现其城市社区理念而采取的3个层面的城市设计模式，以及高度整合的项目运作模式，意图在实施层面揭示这些项目成功的必要条件。

Abstract: This essay introduces briefly the development concepts of the large scale urban redevelopments or Tian-Di Projects by Shui On Land, analyzes urban design mode the developer has applied to building urban communities, and the unique implementation pattern closely integrated with urbanism concepts.
