城市历史滨水区的保护更新与功能塑造——以上海南外滩滨水区城市设计为例
The Conservation, Regeneration and Function Molding of Urban Historical Waterfront ——A Case Study of Urban Design for the South Bund Waterfront, Shanghai

摘要: 南外滩滨水区北邻外滩，南接世博会浦西园区，位于上海黄浦江沿岸核心区段，拥有丰厚的历史文化底蕴，在以金融为主导功能的前提下，规划以“和谐共生、复合渗透、宜居高效”为理念，重点聚焦历史文化传承、公共活动贯通、功能业态复合、生活配套完善等方面。探讨了城市历史滨水区的保护更新与功能塑造的实践。
Abstract: The South Bund Waterfront is adjacent to the Bund on its north, Puxi Expo site on its south. It is located in the coastal core section of the Huangpu River and has abundant historical and cultural heritages. Under the premise of finance-oriented function, the planning persists in the concept of “Harmony & Coexistence, Integration & Penetration, and Livability & High-efficiency”, simultaneously it focuses on the aspects of history of cultural heritage, public activity as well as integration of function formats and so on. Given this, this article aims to explore and put the preservation, renewal and function molding of urban historical waterfront into practice.
