关于城市生态文明建设的拙见
Views on the Construction of Urban Ecological Civilization

摘要: 首先阐释生态文明建设的内涵，指出其核心是以人为本，实现人与自然的协调发展。在此基础上，从3个方面透视出我国城市生态文明建设概况，包括城市自然生态环境十分脆弱；城市社会生态状况出现失衡；城市文化生态形态存在偏颇。然后，从思想观念、制度建设、发展模式、行为规范等方面深入分析城市生态文明建设存在问题的原因。最后，就如何加强城市生态文明建设，提出意见和建议。
Abstract: The thesis interprets that people-oriented and the achievement of a harmonious development between man and nature should be the core connotation of ecological civilization. Thus, it reviews the status of China’s ecological civilization construction from 3 aspects, including a fragile urban natural ecological environment, an imbalanced urban social ecological status and a biased urban cultural ecological form. It analyzes the reasons of the problems during the ecological civilization construction from the angles of the conception, institution construction, development mode and behavior norm etc., while putting forward opinions and suggestions on enhance of the ecological civilization construction.
