物流园规划的仓储用地构成比例及其用地基本单元研究

摘要: 在对典型样本分析研究的基础上,对于物流园规划中的仓储用地构成比例与仓储用地基本单元做基础性的研究,以求对当下物流园规划提供数据支持,以适应全球物流发展的趋势,为物流园的开发建设和今后运营的可操作性起到科学保障的作用。

Abstract: In this paper, through the basic research based on the typical sample analysis in the logistics park planning on the aspect of warehouse land use proportion and the site basic unit, in order to provide data to support the current logistics park planning to adapt to the trends in the global logistics development, and also to provide a reasonable planning for the future construction and operation in the logistics park development.
