上海建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心之规划土地策略研究
Planning and Land Strategy Research on Shanghai Constructing the Science and Technology Innovation Center with Global Influence

摘要: 建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心已经成为国际大都市转型发展的重要趋势。为了加快上海建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心,通过分析上海建设科技创新中心的优势和劣势以及国际大都市转型发展的趋势和特征,提议构建“网络化、多中心、组团式、集约型”的创新导向的城市空间格局,并从明确科技创新的城市功能定位、优化以人为本的科技创新空间、完善创新人才的宜居环境、打造新型国际社区、创新土地管理政策5个方面提出上海建设科技创新中心的规划土地策略建议。
Abstract: Building science and technology innovation center has become the important trend of the transformation and development of international metropolis. In order to speeding up the constructing of Shanghai science and technology innovation center with global influence, according to analyzing the advantages and disadvantages during the building process, and the growing trends and characteristics of international metropolis, the research group proposes to make an innovation-oriented urban spatial pattern with networked, multi-centric, grouped and intensive features, and makes suggestions on constructing Shanghai science and technology innovation center from the following aspects: defining the city function of science and technology innovation, optimizing the people-oriented science and technology innovative spaces, improving the talents' livable environment, building new international communities and innovating land management strategy.
