基于休闲活动视角的上海市公共开放空间布局探索*

摘要: 从上海市民休闲活动方式多元化、城市公共开放空间资源匮乏、城市紧约束发展的实际情况出发，通过对上海市民休闲活动的人群特征、行为特征及时段特征的分析判断，构建了一套定性指标与定量指标相结合的城市公共开放空间目标体系，同时提出一种基于城市居民休闲活动特征视角的城市公共开放空间资源分配及布局原则，并结合上海新一轮总体规划的要求，对上海的城市级公共开放空间、片区级公共开放空间、街道社区级公共开放空间的布局模式提供一种探索。

Abstract: According to the diversified leisure way, poor urban open space resources, and tight city development, by the analysis on the crowd characteristics, behavior characteristics and time characteristics of Shanghai residents leisure activities, this paper constructs a target system that combines qualitative index with quantitative index, proposing a principle of urban open space and resources layout based on leisure activities characteristics, and meeting the requirements of the new comprehensive planning, and provides a way to explore the open space layout pattern in the city, districts and street communities.
