作为城市发展战略空间承载的城市设计方法

摘要: 分析城市设计理论及实践的发展趋势，强调了城市设计在关注、拟定和精细化空间形态等方面的作用，指出城市设计方法作为空间承载对于城市发展战略的重要意义，有助于还原规划角色、回归学科阵地。根据若干规划实例的分析，说明城市设计方法的融入对于战略性综合规划中空间形态的结构意义和可实施性有重要的作用。此外，好的城市空间结构还可以更好地容纳城市功能及社会活动，期望重新建立城市设计方法在实现城市整体空间的有机整合与城市规划品质提升方面的认识。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the trend of urban design theory and practice, emphasizing urban design in attention, elaboration and refinement of space and city form, pointing out the importance of urban design method as spatial carrier in strategic planning, and helps to restore the role and discipline position of urban planning. Through several cases, this paper illustrates that urban design method is structurally significant and more practical when merged into the comprehensive strategic planning. Furthermore, it is convinced that a better urban spatial structure could hold better urban functions and social activities. Therefore, this paper desires to rebuild the recognition that urban design can improve the quality of urban planning and the organic spatial integration.
