中心城大型综合性公共绿地规划探索——以后滩绿洲设计为例
Planning Exploration of the Large-scale Synthetical Public Green Space in Central City: A Case Study of Houtan Park Green Design

摘要: 中心城大型综合性公共绿地在其可联动利用的配套设施与人文资源、单位面积所能发挥的服务能级、对周边土地的更新带动与增值作用，以及在城市软实力和综合竞争力的推动性上，都是中小型或郊区公共绿地所无法比拟的。然而这一都市公众活动重要载体的“ 城市名片”型综合性开放绿地，在国内几为空白。借鉴国际大都市名园的建设经验，紧抓世博会地区后续利用开发的契机，希望以后滩公园的实践为平台来积极探索中心城大型综合性公共绿地的有效落实，以期对国内这一类型公共空间的规划实施有所启示。
Abstract: Whether for the useful facilities and the human resources, the service of the unit area can play, the effect for updating and adding value for the surrounding land and the promoting function for the city's soft power and comprehensive competitiveness upper, the large-scale synthetical public green space plays a bigger role than the smaller or suburban parkland. However, there is no this kind of the synthetical open green space in the central city which is an important carrier of the "city card" . Learning from the experience of famous public green spaces of international metropolis, clutching the subsequent opportunity of the following use of the World Expo area, I hope to explore the effective implementation of the central city's large comprehensive public green space through the planning for the Houtan Park, and hope to give reference for this type of domestic public planning and implementation.
