全球科技创新中心的空间分布、发展类型及演化趋势

Spatial Distribution, Development Type and Evolution Trend of Global Science and Technology Innovation Center

摘要: 首先基于澳大利亚智库2thinknow评选出的2014年全球最具影响的100个创新城市,对当前全球科技创新中心的空间分布格局进行了揭示,其次依据麦肯锡公司发布的创新热图对全球科技创新中心的成长路径和类型进行了阐述,发现区位是影响全球科技创新中心成长和发展的决定性因素。最后对全球科技创新中心的空间转移和演化趋势进行了探讨,指出在全球高端生产要素和创新要素加速向亚太板块转移的趋势下,亚太国家和地区,特别是中国更具备孕育科技创新中心所需的资源丰度和市场深度,且随着科技创新逐渐成为全球城市的重要标志性功能,以科技创新推动全球城市发展将是世界城市发展的普遍趋势。

Abstract: Based on the《Innovation Cities™ Index 2014》published by 2thinknow, a think tank in Australia, this article first reveals the spatial distribution pattern of the current global science and technology innovation center. Secondly, the growth path and the type of global science and technology innovation centers are described according to the《Innovation Heat Map and we find that the location is a decisive factor in global science and technology innovation centers’ growth. Finally, the space transfer and evolution trend of global science and technology innovation center are discussed. Under the accelerated transfer trend of the global high-end production and innovation factors shifting to the Asia-Pacific Plate, the Asia-Pacific countries and regions, especially China has the resource abundance and market depth for breeding science and technology innovation center. As the science and technology innovation has become an important symbol of the global cities, it will be a general trend in the world of urban development to promote global urban development with science and technology innovation.
