上海城市社区类型谱系划分及重点社区类型遴选的研究*

摘要: 基于上海超大城市社区类型谱系划分理论和方法的思考，选择街道（镇、乡）这一空间层面，利用六普数据、GIS技术分析上海城市社区类型的空间类聚特征、社会属性，并着重选取空间区位属性、人口密度、户籍结构、年龄结构、收入水平等5项基本属性进行社区类型划分，建构了“理论值”谱系；在此基础上，对社区类型再进行分级赋值，通过对社区单一属性分析和叠加分析，遴选出重点社区类型，旨在为下一步开展上海市重点类型的社区规划提供选择依据。
Abstract: Based on the theory and method of division of urban community types in Shanghai, selecting street as spatial level, the paper analyzes the spatial clustering features and social attributes of urban community types by using the Sixth National Census Data and GIS. And the paper constructs series of ‘theoretical value’ by focusing on five basic attributes such as spatial location, population density, household registration structure, age structure and income level. Then it selects the major community types by analyzing single attribute and multiple attributes of the community so as to provide the basis for carrying out community planning of major types.
