社区与社区规划的时间维度*
Time Dimension of Community and Community Planning

摘要: 首先溯源中外的社区概念，解析在时间内涵上的重要差异；再阐述社区作为时空统一体的时间与空间意义；接着剖析了社区结构演化、社区老龄化、社区日常空间、历史记忆与场所精神等社会、人口与文化问题在时间维度上的实质；进而论述社区规划的时间维度，提出社区规划中要运用时空观，将时间维度纳入社区规划，着重于建构时间—空间—行动者的关系框架、社区的更新改造规划和社区的时间多维化。时间维度上的深入探讨，将带来国内社区与社区规划的重新概念化，并为现时的社区规划实践提供重要的理念指引。
Abstract: Tracing the concepts of community both abroad and at home, this article explores the significant differences between the two kinds in the connotation of time. Further it elaborates the time and spatial meaning of community as a space-time continuum.Then it analyzes the temporal essence of social,demographical and cultural issues such as structural evolution of communities, aging in communities, and daily space, historical memory, and sense of place of communities. It then discusses the time dimension of community planning, and proposes to incorporate it in planning with the view of time and space, especially focusing on construction of the time-space-actor framework, community renewal planning, and multiple dimensions of time in communities. The in-depth plumbing on the time dimension will lead to the reconceptualization of community and community planning domestically, and provide an important direction for the current practice.
