苏州市古建老宅保护与再利用的实践探讨*

摘要: 苏州古城保留了大量较为完整的古建老宅，然而随着时代变迁、城市发展，很多老宅面临破坏与废弃，亟待保护与更新。在深入分析古建老宅历史与文化价值的基础上，从技术层面提出切实可行的保护与利用方法。在保护第一、科学修缮的前提下，用积极的态度、恰当的方式妥善解决历史传承与社会发展之间的矛盾。通过保护性修缮，逐步恢复古建老宅旧有风貌和景致，切实改善古城居民的生活条件，并为苏州加快转型升级、发展文化旅游产业增添新动力，让众多的古建老宅在当今城市环境中蜕变重生。
Abstract: A large number of old buildings are completely reserved within Suzhou ancient city. However, along with high-speed urbanization process, many of them are confronted with the risk of destruction and discard. Based on the deep research of historical and cultural value of the old buildings, this paper proposes technically applicable ways towards the protection and utilization of them. Under the premise of scientific protection and renovation, the contradiction between history heritage and social development could be solved with positive attitude and appropriate method. The appearance of old buildings and the living condition within them could be improved step by step with the protective renovation. Consequently, the regeneration of the old buildings could contribute to the development of cultural tourism industry as well as the transformation and upgrading of Suzhou city.
