塑造自然生态景观型的交通站区 ——无锡轨道交通1号线胜利门站地区城市设计
Shaping the Natural Ecological Landscape Metro Station Area: the Urban Design for the Shenglimen Station Area of Metro Line 1, Wuxi

摘要: 随着许多大中城市建设轨道交通,地铁站点及其周边地区的发展将成为重要的课题。无锡轨道交通1号线胜利门站地区面临着如何振兴区域活力与如何充分利用孤岛绿地等两大问题,城市设计抓住地铁发展机遇,针对环境现状,运用“消费行为系列化”、“公共交通为导向开发”、“充分发展地下空间”、“地下地上一体化”等理念,制定相关设计策略。通过城市设计对地铁站点与周边地区的整合,振兴了地区的活力,也把原有孤岛绿地发展为自然生态景观型的交通站区。目前,城市设计正在得到实施。
Abstract: A lot of cities are constructing metros. The development of metro station and its surrounding area becomes the important topic. The urban design of the Shenglimen station area along the metro line 1 meets two main problems of how to vitalize the district and how to make use of the isolated grass island. This urban design seizes the opportunity of metro construction, analyzes the environment situation, utilizes the design ideas of consumption activities seriation, transit oriented development, underground space development, integration of underground and ground, and then sets up the relative design strategies. This urban design integrates the metro station and its surrounding area, promotes the vitality of district and changes the isolated grass island into the natural ecological landscape metro station area. Now the urban design is being put into construction.
