城市历史环境和传统风貌的保护*

摘要: 城市历史环境和传统风貌是历史城市保护要素的重要组成部分，在城市空间品质营造和城市形象提升中具有十分重要的作用。针对目前出现的城市传统风貌消失和城市特色危机的严重现实问题，分析和梳理了城市历史环境和传统风貌保护的历史由来，从风格延续、结构延续以及生活环境内涵与场所的延续等方面讨论和研究了城市历史环境和传统风貌保护的本质内涵。最后从实际操作层面，从城市文化的高度和城市规划的角度，就加强历史城市传统格局的整体保护、注重历史城市环境景观特色的保护、融入当代城市生活与城市发展以及通过精心的城市设计有机延续传统风貌等方面提出规划建议。

Abstract: Urban historical environment and traditional style, which play an important role in both construction of urban space quality and promotion of city image, are important components of historical city protection. To solve the serious practical problems of the disappearance of urban traditional style and urban feature crisis, the article analyses and clarifies the historical origin of the protection of urban historical environment and traditional style. Besides, it discusses and researches the essential connotation of the protection of urban historical environment and traditional style，in the aspects such as protection and continuation of form, organic growth of the internal structure, and continuation of the meaning and place of the living environment. Finally, in the actual operational level, the article puts forward suggestions on enhancing the overall protection of the traditional pattern of historic cities, emphasizing the protection of the environment landscape features of the historic cities, integrating into modern urban life and urban development, and organically continuing the traditional style by meticulous urban design.
