喀什市历史文化遗产保护实践与思考*——以喀什老城改造为例
The Practice and Suggestions of Heritage Conservation of Kashgar:A Case Study of the Renovation of Kashgar Historical City

摘要: 喀什在历史上曾是西域的政治、经济、文化和交通中心，至今仍大量保留了反映维吾尔文化特色的历史文化遗产。简要介绍了喀什城市历史文化遗产及其特点，并以喀什老城改造为切入点，分析喀什在历史文化遗产保护方面存在的困难和问题，总结其在完善基础设施、改善民生、公众参与等方面的经验，并在提高保护意识、完善管理机制、加强规划管理、提升修缮技术等方面提出相关建议，以期为今后相关遗产保护工作提供借鉴。
Abstract: With a wealth of uighur cultural and historical legacy, Kashgar was the center of politics, economy, culture and communications in the west area of China in the history. This article describes the history, legacy and characteristics in Kashgar city. Based on the practice of renovation of the old Kashgar city, this article points out the difficulties and problems in heritage conservation and analyzes the experience in improving municipal infrastructure, livelihood, public participation etc. In the end, this article gives related recommendations in management mechanisms, conservation planning, and engineering technology so as to provide reference for
heritage conservation in Kashgar.
