上海百年历史街区透析——上海思南路历史街区的保护与再生

摘要: 上海思南路历史街区曾是法租界由东到西第三次扩张的起点，集中体现上海近代租界区住宅建设特点与发展脉络，具有丰富而完整的街区风貌，也是在中国近代史上具有独特历史内涵的区域。20世纪末开始的思南路历史街区的保护与再生基于深入的历史研究和现状调查，准确把握街区的历史文化特点和价值，通过规范科学的规划、深入细致的设计、精益求精的技术、综合的运作机制等，达到“保护与再生”双重的城市更新目标，兼顾了历史、文化、环境、社会和经济价值。
Abstract: Shanghai Sinan Historic District was the beginning of the third expansion of French Concession from east to west. It reflects the residential construction characteristics and development context in Modern Shanghai Concession area, and has rich and complete styles and features. It is also a place with unique meaning in modern Chinese history. Conservation and regeneration of Sinan Historic District started from the end of 20th century, which was based on thoroughly historical research and survey, accurately grasping the historical and cultural characteristics and values of the district, standard and scientific planning, intensive design,and integrated operating mechanism, thus achieving the dual urban renewal goals of conservation and regeneration, balancing the relationship among the historical, cultural, environmental, social and economic value.
