浅谈工业遗产空间改造方法*

摘要: 城市发展逐渐转向新常态，保护和传承城市文化的价值意义重大。工业遗产空间作为城市文化的有机组成，研究工业遗产空间的改造方法有助于城市文化价值的准确传承。通过分析工业遗产空间的概念，指出其改造的基础是价值，目标是保护传承城市文化并适应当前需求。进而从物质部分的尺度和肌理、非物质部分的功能和流线几个方面剖析了工业遗产空间的改造方法，并结合典型案例进行阐释。
Abstract: Generally, urban development is moving into ‘The New Normal’, in which it would be of great significance to protect and inherit urban culture. As for the industrial heritage, an irreplaceable part of urban culture, the method of transformation could contribute to the protection of urban culture accurately. Based on the concept of industrial heritage, the paper indicates that the foundation of the systematic transformation is the value of industrial heritage. The aim is to protect and inherit urban culture as well as to adapt to the current demands. With typical case analyses, the paper further puts forward the method of transformation for industrial heritage from serveral aspects of the material sections including spatial scales and texture, and immaterial sections including function and flow lines.
