空港经济区规划与建设的探索——以潮汕机场为例

摘要: 机场地区逐步由单纯的交通枢纽发展成为空港城,在“汕潮揭”同城化发展的区域背景下,潮汕机场的建设成为潮汕都市区融合发展的触媒,空港经济区成为临空经济发展的重要载体。分析了潮汕机场在区域融合发展中的作用机制,重点探索空港经济区面向实施的规划战略、面向区域的产业布局、区域一体化的交通网络,以及机场建成之后面向管理的行动方案,以期为国内空港经济区的规划与建设提供思路。

Abstract: At present, airport areas in the world are gradually turning from traffic hubs to airport cities. Under regional context of urban integration of Shantou - Chaozhou - Jieyang, the construction of Chaoshan Airport is becoming a catalyst for regional integration, and the airport economic zone is becoming an important platform for airport economy development. This paper analyses the role of Chaoshan Airport in regional integration, with emphases on implementation-oriented planning strategy, regional industrial distribution, regional traffic organization, and management scheme after the operation of Chaoshan Airport. The model of Chaoshan Airport provides a reference for the planning and construction of other airports in China.
