大城市公共旅游码头布局规划方法探究——以上海市苏州河水上旅游码头布局规划为例

摘要: 在上海建设世界著名旅游城市的背景下，为促进苏州河水上旅游功能的开发和进一步发挥苏州河水上航运功能，当下编制苏州河水上旅游码头布局规划非常必要。在学习国内外水上旅游码头规划先进经验和分析评估苏州河水上旅游现状情况的基础上，运用GIS分析等技术手段整合苏州河水域及两岸陆域各类资源，同时，在编制过程中通过协调各级政府及部门之间的关系，尽可能在政策实施之前避免相关矛盾，最终确定码头布局方案，并以单个码头图则的形式落实相关规划控制要求。
Abstract: It is essential to formulate the allocation plan of the public marina system on the Suzhou River to promote its aquatic tourism development as well as to enhance its shipping capacity. The plan first studied the advanced experience of the marina allocation planning home and abroad and analyzed the current situation on the Suzhou River, then integrated the tourism resource along the river by GIS and coordinated among all the planning intentions of the related districts, and eventually works out the final allocation plan and each single marina plan with its own planning and control requirements.
