基于城乡人口流动视角的半城市化地区人口城镇化研究*——对扬州市郊区的实证
Urbanization in Peri-urban Area Based on a View of Urban-rural Population Flows: A Case Study of Yangzhou

摘要: 近年来，伴随着城镇化进程的快速推进，我国城乡结合部出现大面积的半城市化地区，这引起了我国学术界和地方政府的高度关注。以扬州市城郊半城市化地区为例，分析了该地区非农人口的城乡流动及其原因和空间差异，并以此为视角，分析了当地半城市化地区城镇化的特点，分别是市民化程度高、城镇化空间差异明显，以及乡村“空心化”严重。最后，为了推动半城市化地区的城镇化进程，针对该地区的人口城镇化特点，在市民化、政策差异化以及配套设施等方面提出相关政策建议。
Abstract: In recent years, with the promotion of the urbanization process, there comes out a lot of peri-urban areas between urban and rural area in China, which caused many concerns from the academic and local governments. This paper takes peri-urbanization area in Yangzhou as an example, analyses urban-rural population flows, and generalizes three characteristics of urbanization. Firstly, citizenization level is high. Secondly, there are many spatial differences of urbanization in the area. Thirdly, there comes out hollow villages. At last, in order to promote the urbanization of peri-urban area, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions in a view of the characteristics of urbanization in the research area.
