上海世博会城市最佳实践区闲置天桥的更新初探

A Preliminary Study on the Renewal of the Idle Overpass in Urban Best Practice Area in Shanghai EXPO

摘要: 随着城市的发展，城市公共空间更新理念的深入，人行天桥开始为城市更新增添光彩，其功能也变得多样起来。人行天桥既 然已经融入人们的生活中，并成为城市文化的一部分，那天桥就不应再只是简单扮演着一个交通过道的角色。通过介绍上 海世博会城市最佳实践区闲置天桥的改造更新方案，阐述了在上海近年来积极提倡更多的公共活动和慢行交通更新的大 背景下如何使人行天桥“变废为宝”，成为新时代的一个城市亮点，从而就上海人行天桥的未来更新方向进行更深层次的 思考与探索。

Abstract: With development of the city and update of urban public space concept, pedestrian overpass is adding luster to urban renewal with its diversified function. As pedestrian overpass has been integrated into people's lives, and become a part of urban culture, the flyover should no longer simply play the role of a traffic corridor. This paper introduces the idle flyover update scheme in the Urban Best Practices Area of Shanghai EXPO. It describes how to turn the pedestrian overpass into "treasure" and become highlights in the new era of a city under the advocacy of more public activities and slow traffic updates in Shanghai in recent years. Consequently conducts deeper thinking and exploration of Shanghai pedestrian overpass in future regeneration.
