上海市轨道交通车辆基地土地集约利用的策略及思考

Strategies and Thoughts on Intensive Land Use of Urban Rail Transit Depot in Shanghai

摘要: 2014年上海市新一轮总体规划编制工作启动,开启了资源环境紧约束条件下上海城市发展新模式,轨道交通车辆基地(后简称“轨交基地”)作为上海城市轨道交通中的一个重要部分,由于分布范围广、占地面积较多,亟需进一步的创新土地利用方式,提高节约集约水平。通过梳理上海市轨交基地的分布、用地、可达性等现状特征,分析既有选址方法、用地标准等规划管理中存在的问题,结合香港等城市经验,提出土地集约利用的相应策略及思考。

Abstract: As the 2040 Shanghai Master Plan begins and land resource is reaching the upper limit, the development mode of Shanghai is marching into a new phase. Urban rail transit depot, with wide distribution and large area, is an important part of urban rail network so that it is necessary to improve its intensity of land use. By analyzing current problems of facilities allocation method, land use standards, accessibility etc., and summarizing the successful experiences of comprehensive depot development in Hong Kong, this paper puts forward strategies and thinking of intensive land use of urban rail transit depot in Shanghai.
