德国吕贝克历史城镇可步行性建构历程*

摘要: 以德国吕贝克历史城区一项著名开发项目重启事件为引，指出当地市民对步行出行的生活方式已具有了很高的认可度。这种公 众观念的成功扭转，应归功于当地政府持续了二十多年的综合性城市规划设计与相关政策的实施。对吕贝克可步行性认知建构 的物质基础进行了分析与梳理，可通过多个案例，阐述了在促进街道网络连通性、与其他交通模式衔接、土地利用模式，以及路 径环境品质等4方面富有成效的工作。
Abstract: By a high profiled project Gründungsviertel in Lübeck, this paper points out that the pedestrian prioritized lifestyle has been well accepted and advocated by its citizens. This common understanding is forming by a set of consistent urban planning and policy implementation in recent decades. In this paper, the authors analyze and explain the physical condition of Lübeck as a walkable city, and then highlight the efforts which have been made by typical cases in the following four categories - improving the connectivity of street network, making ease connection with other transportation modes, landuse arrangement, and quality of walking environment.
