上海轨道交通站点调查及开发刍议

摘要: 通过实地调研和相关资料分析，统计出2015年1月前上海已建设的399个轨道交通站点中的288个站点的类型、站点周边的土地开发与交通配套状况。结合上海目前土地存量盘活、建设全球城市及推进轨道交通场站及周边土地综合开发利用等新的政策动向，借鉴香港地铁的成功经验，从制度政策和运营模式两个层面剖析上海轨道交通存在的问题，并建议上海轨道交通近期可以充分改造独立型站点，大力发展通道型站点，中远期积极探索上盖型站点的建设。
Abstract: Based on the field investigation and analysis of relative materials, this paper makes a statistics on the type, surrounding land-use and traffic facilities of the 288 stations of Shanghai rail transit which were put to use before January, 2015. This paper analyses the problems of Shanghai rail transit in two levels of policy and development, combining with the research of new relevant policies such as to activate land stock, to build a global city and to promote the comprehensive development and utilization of rail transit station and surrounding land, together with the references of the successful experiences of Hong Kong MTRC. Finally, it is suggested that in the short term stations of the independent type can be transformed and the passageway type can be vigorously developed. In the long term , top-head type must be actively explored.
