从上海当前城市更新背景解读东京丰岛区政府办公楼与集合住宅一体化开发项目
Toshima Ecomusee Town: An Interpretative Reading of the Government Office and Residence Complex from Nowadays Shanghai Urban Regeneration Background

摘要: 从上海及亚洲城市当前正在推行城市更新的大背景出发，分析新近完成的东京丰岛区政府办公楼与集合住宅一体化开发项目。这一项目是东京池袋副都心区域进行整体更新计划中的启动性举措，历时12年完成的项目将政府办公楼、住宅和店铺等功能布置在同一建筑内，并承载了一个开放的立体公园，为该区域增加了新类型的社区公共空间。
Abstract: From nowadays urban regeneration background at Shanghai, this paper introduces the recently completed Toshima Ecomusee Town complex, viewing it as a start-up project of a series of actions to upgrade whole Ikebukuro sub-center district. The redevelopment project took 12 years from initial idea to complete with all relevant parties involved, combines government offices, apartments, shops, public space and a 3D garden all into the complex building, and provides a new image and new types of communal spaces to the district.
