基于网络数据的轨道交通站点周边空间使用量化研究——以上海地铁10号线沿线为例

摘要: 以百度地图热力图所提供的动态数据为基础,建立空间使用强度指标来对上海市地铁10号线沿线各站周边的城市空间使用情况进行连续一周的跟踪分析,并通过对工作日和周末时段内各站点周边不同半径范围内数据的比较研究,指出了站点周边的空间使用强度在工作日时段和周末时段的差异特征、城区内站点对周边土地空间的影响范围,以及站点所在区位与其周边空间使用强度之间的关系。为大都市地铁站周边的用地规划和设施布局提供了一个基于网络动态数据的新视角。

Abstract: On the basis of the dynamic data from Baidu heat map, the author creates the index of space use intensity and traces the space use condition around the stations of Shanghai Metro line 10 during a week. Through comparative studies on space use intensity data at different time, in different ranges and on different locations, the paper shows the comparison of data from workdays and weekends, infers the effective range from metro stations on land use and also reviews the relation between the locations of stations and the land use intensity around. On the basis of dynamic network data, this paper offers a new perspective on land use and facility planning around subway station area.
