气候适应性城市中生态系统响应性规划研究进展及研究途径

Review on Studying Processes and Methods of Ecosystem Response Planning in Climate Adaptive Cities

摘要: 全球气候问题正成为当前世界紧迫的环境问题之一,气候变暖主要是由于人类活动排放大量温室气体,形成了温室效应。城市作为高密度人口和建筑的集中地区,是全球应对气候变化的核心区域。考虑到城市系统自身的复杂性和气候变化这一问题的复杂性,从水资源管理、自然生态、公共健康和适应性对策等方面回顾了国内外生态系统响应性规划研究的进展及途径,探讨国际城市气候适应性规划和政策等经验对我国的借鉴,并提出一套预警、预判、长短期评估、综合管理以及监管对策,为后续的气候适应性城市中生态系统响应性规划研究提供理论基础。

Abstract: As one of the most urgent environmental problems, climate change currently has gained much emphasizes. Global warming is mainly because of greenhouse gas excluded by anthropogenic activities, leading to greenhouse effect. Cities with concentrated population and buildings can be regarded as core regions to cope with climate changes. Considered the complexity of urban system itself, this paper mainly reviews studies on ecosystem response planning and its methods from the perspective of water resources management, natural ecology, public health and adaptive strategy. This paper also discusses the lessons from climate adaption planning and initiatives of international cities and proposes a set of pre-warning, pre-judging, short-term and long-term assess, comprehensive management and supervision strategies based on our domestic conditions, providing the theoretical support for the following study on ecosystem responsive planning in climate adaptive cities.
