摘要: 长三角是我国开放度最高、经济最活跃的地区之一,在国家现代化建设大局和全方位开放格局中具有举足轻重的战略地 位。新形势下,推动长三角地区实现更高质量一体化发展,关键是要打造长三角世界级城市群。通过分析城市群发展趋势, 结合长三角地区的最新发展进展,梳理智慧城市、智慧城市群建设的发展动向;并从智慧城市群建设的视角,针对长三角 更高质量一体化发展的目标和要求,提出“战略规划、IT基础设施、行动领域”3个维度的思考与建议。

Abstract: The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most open and economically active regions in China. It plays an important strategic role in the overall situation of national modernization and the overall pattern of opening up.Under the new situation, the key to promote the integration of higher quality development in the Yangtze River Delta is to build a world-class urban agglomeration. This paper analyses the development and trend of urban agglomeration, combs the development trend of smart city and smart city agglomeration construction with the latest development progress in the Yangtze River Delta. From the perspective of smart city agglomeration construction, aiming at the goals and requirements of higher quality integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta, it puts forward three dimensions of thinking and suggestions: strategic planning, IT infrastructure and action areas.
