组织型乡村绅士化现象及机制研究 ——以南京不老村为例

摘要: 在梳理乡村绅士化现有研究的基础上，尝试以南京不老村为例，研究组织型乡村绅士化的现象和机制。与西方国家常见的自发乡村绅士化不同，组织型乡村绅士化表现出快速全面的空间更新、先出后进的人群替代和商业化业态植入等特征，其中政府以撬动者、统筹者和参与者的多重角色自上而下主导着绅士化进程。这种中国特色的组织型乡村绅士化来源于我国体制环境下的路径依赖、土地制度改革下的政府实践和城镇化背景下的乡村战略选择。
Abstract: Based on the case study of Bulao Village, Nanjing, the paper is to explore the characteristics and mechanism of state-sponsored rural gentrification. Differing from spontaneous rural gentrification, state-sponsored rural gentrification has following characteristics. Firstly, the rural space is updated rapidly and comprehensively by the local government. Secondly, gentrifiers move into the village after most villagers’ emigration. Thirdly, commercial activities are implanted after the exit of the agricultural industry. The state dominates gentrification process in the roles of leverage, organizer and participant. This kind of state-sponsored rural gentrification is full of Chinese characteristics, which stems from the path dependence under the prevailing institutional environment, the government practices of land system reform and rural strategic choices during the process of the urbanization.
