空间抉择视角下乡村家庭城乡迁居意愿影响研究 ——以无锡为例
Model Study on the Influence of Mobility Intention Factors of Rural Households from the Perspective of Space Choice: A Case Study of Wuxi

摘要: 乡村家庭对城乡迁居空间的选择，促使城乡空间架构产生自下而上的调整。面对乡村家庭城乡迁居行为与空间关联性研究相对欠缺的状况，基于苏南无锡479户当地乡村家庭的实地调查数据，运用多元Logistical模型（ML）对当地乡村家庭迁居选择意愿因素的影响进行建模量化分析。同时，通过基于家庭迁居行为构建的4级城乡空间微观机制的特征比较，可知在城乡迁居过程中，家庭与原居住地之间是否具有紧密的生存关联性是乡村家庭是否选择定居村镇的关键。据此提出“共生—互融”的村镇人口活力提升建议。
Abstract: The bottom-up trend in self-making choice for spatial relocation of rural households has profound impacts on the contemporary urban-rural spatial system, which cause deep depression on villages and towns. However, previous studies have inadequately addressed the questions on the relationship between the intention and the spatial choice of rural households in residential mobility. Based on the data of 479 rural households collected from a field survey in Wuxi, this paper adopts the Multi-Logistical Model (ML) to analyze the key factors which influence the choices of rural households. This paper constructs four-levels of mechanisms in rural-urban migration based on household’s behavior and provides comparisons of the migration mechanisms between urban and rural areas. The results show that whether rural households choose to move to cities or stay in villages depends on the relationship between the family and the original residence. Thus, this paper suggests improving the vitality of the population in the villages and towns through the “common living and prosperity” strategy.
