上海市村庄规划实践——以奉贤区四团镇拾村村为例
The Practice of Shanghai Suburban Village Planning: A Case Study of Shicun Village, Situan Town, Fengxian District

摘要: 在村庄规划实践中应采取适应村庄特点、而异于城市规划的方法，在拾村村的规划案例中，通过现状深入调研形成较完整的村庄认知，并且衔接上位规划导向，以面向村庄生产、生活、生态的规划理念作为村庄规划主体思路。规划重点内容包括建设空间紧凑、农地规模化的土地使用规划，提升一产、拓展三产的产业发展规划，镇村统筹、匹配需求的公共服务设施规划，因地制宜、低碳生态的基础设施规划，营造田园、回归传统的乡村风貌设计引导。
Abstract: This article points out that village plan needs the methods to conform to villages characters which is different from cities. Based on the case of ShiCun village, the article takes the Production, Life and Ecology as the key idea of village planning, with complete cognition of the village through in-depth research, and is consistents with master plan. The key content includes the compact construction area and scale field land-use plan, meeting the requirements of public service facilities plan linkages with towns and villages, and the low-carbon infrastructure plan adjusting local conditions, and the traditional rural landscape design.
