历史建成环境的适应性再利用在可持续社区建设中的运用——以英国为例

The Application of Adaptive Reuse of Historic Built Environment in the Building of Sustainable Communities: A Case Study of the UK

摘要: 历史建成环境的保护和利用以及可持续社区的建设一直是建筑和规划领域的中心议题之一。通过对英国可持续社区和历史建成环境的适应性再利用定义的解读，从场所感受、住房供给和公众参与3方面具体阐释了历史建成环境的适应性再利用与可持续社区的关系，通过案例研究历史建成环境的适应性再利用在可持续社区中的运用，以公众参与的反馈和意见为基础，通过场所感受为可持续社区提供可识别性，提供多样化的住房供给为可持续社区提供必要的基础，这共同为可持续社区的建设做出贡献。最后提出我国建设可持续社区的相关建议。

Abstract: The conservation and application of historic built environment and the building of sustainable communities are one of the central topics in the fields of architecture and planning. Through the interpretation of the definition of sustainable communities in UK and adaptive reuse of historic built environment, this paper expounds the relationship between adaptive reuse of historic built environment and sustainable communities from three aspects: sense of place, housing and community participation. Then through the case study. It is concluded that in the building of sustainable communities, adaptive reuse of historically built environments which is based on feedback and opinions of community participation, provides identity for sustainable communities through sense of place and necessary components for sustainable communities through reasonable choices of housing. These three aspects make contributions to the building of sustainable communities. Finally, a series of suggestions are proposed from the experience of the UK for the building of sustainable communities in China.
