上海世博文化公园综合体空间形态布局策略研究

摘要: 公园绿地伴随着城市建设和社会发展呈现出从单体到网络再到综合体的发展趋势。公园综合体（POD）是以公园游憩为核心的产业功能聚集区，其空间形态布局以公园为核心、以绿道连接周边产业，形成内在产业关联、外在空间连续的布局模式，提升片区整体的环境、经济、社会等综合效益，发挥更高的空间集聚效应。以上海世博文化公园综合体为例，从公园系统网络及骨架形态、以公园等绿色开放空间为核心的产业分布及产业链空间关联、立体慢行系统等方面探讨公园综合体的空间形态布局策略，以期更好地发挥产业联动的发展效益，提升地区价值，营造更加宜居的城市环境。
Abstract: Along with the urban construction and social development, the layout of the park and green space in cities presents a trend from single parcels to networks to complex. POD (Park Oriented Development) complex is an industrial function area taking parks and recreation areas as the core. Its spatial form takes the park as the center, and connects surrounding industries with greenways. It forms a layout mode of internal industry connection and external space continuity, improves the environmental, economic, and social benefits of the area, giving play to a higher spatial agglomeration effect. Taking Shanghai Expo Cultural Park Complex as an example, this paper discusses a spatial form of POD complex model from the aspects of park networks, industrial distribution correlation, and three-dimensional slow traffic system, in order to obtain more benefits of industrial linkage development, enhance the regional value, and create a more livable urban environment.
