重塑城市街道活力：丹佛市“生活街道”规划的启示
Remodeling Vitality of Urban Streets: Inspiration from Denver Living Streets Planning

摘要: 城市街道环境对于城市公共空间和市民生活品质的影响，越来越多地受到国际、国内的广泛关注。围绕美国丹佛市生活街道计划的实践，指出当地市民对良好街道交通和慢行环境的需求和支持。这种系统性的街道环境改善，应归功于当地政府持续50余年关注城市街道环境提升的相关政策和规划实践，以及丹佛市民的积极参与和共同努力。对丹佛市生活街道计划的开展背景、资金筹措和空间策略进行梳理和分析，通过联邦大街规划案例，具体阐述在街道特色挖掘、空间品质提升、基础设施完善等方面富有成效的工作。
Abstract: The significant effect of the urban street environment on the quality of urban public space and civil life has attracted worldwide attention. Based on the practice of Denver Living Streets, this paper points out that citizens demand and support living street construction, including traffic environment and walkability improvement. The systematic measures of urban street environment improvement are taken by a set of consistent urban street regeneration planning and policy implementation and the support from ordinary citizens in recent fifty years. In this paper, the author analyzes and explains the background, funding and space strategy of Denver Living Streets, and then highlights the efforts which have been made by a typical case of Federal Boulevard Corridor Plan in the following categories–characteristic excavation, space quality improvement, and infrastructure construction.
