老年友好的健康社区营造：国际经验与启示*
The International Experience and Enlightenment of Building Age-friendly Healthy Communities

摘要: 老年友好的健康社区营造是应对人口老龄化和快速城市化、提高老年人生活质量的重要内容。率先实行老年友好的健康社区营造的国家已积累了相对成熟的经验，值得学习与借鉴。在梳理与总结相关国际实践的基础上，从参与主体、运行机制、营造策略3个方面，总结老年友好的健康社区营造的国际经验。结合我国相关实践中存在的问题，提出应重点完善老年友好的健康社区营造内容体系、构建更为平衡的多元主体关系和建立分层级的协同营造机制等建议，推动我国老年友好的健康社区的协同营造。
Abstract: Building age-friendly healthy communities is an important measure to deal with aging and rapid urbanization and to improve the life quality of the elderly. Countries that took the lead in building age-friendly healthy communities have accumulated relatively mature experience worthy of systematic review and reference. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing international practices, this article summarizes the international experience of building age-friendly healthy communities from the perspective of multiple subjects, operating mechanisms, and building strategies. Combining with the existing problems in practice in our country, this article proposes to focus on improving the content system of age-friendly healthy communities, constructing a more balanced relationship between multiple subjects, and establishing a hierarchical collaborative mechanism to promote age-friendly healthy communities building in our country.
