基于女性健康导向的社区规划研究*

摘要: 女性是社区生活的核心主体之一，促进女性身心健康发展是建设健康社区的重要任务。首先，在梳理女性主义城市规划和女性健康研究的基础上，剖析促进女性健康的社区需求。其次，分析总结维也纳“女性工作城”（Women-Work-City）、澳大利亚阿伯费尔迪女性板球运动场、巴塞罗那超级街区、南通市北濠东村社区组织4个案例在住宅内外空间、公共空间、出行、社区健康服务上的社区规划经验。最后，从3方面提出促进女性健康的社区规划策略：社区空间规划应从公共设施、社区道路、防卫设施和居住空间4方面营造舒适健康的生活环境；社区服务与治理应从家庭服务业、社区医疗服务和社区自治组织着手，服务于女性健康生活；女性健康导向的社区规划机制需要社区组织、服务机构、规划师、政府和市场多元主体的共同参与。以期为中国城市女性健康导向的社区规划提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract: Women are one of the core subjects of community life. Promoting women's physical and mental health is an important task of building a healthy community. Firstly, this paper analyzes the community's needs to promote women's health on the basis of combing feminist urban planning and women's health research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the experience of four cases, namely, Women-Work-City in Vienna, Women's Cricket Ground in Aberferdi, Barcelona Super Block and Community Organization of Beihaodong in Nantong, and summarizes the experience of community planning in residential interior and exterior space, public space, travel and community health services. Finally, this paper proposes planning strategies to promote women's health from three aspects. Community space planning should create a comfortable and healthy living environment from public facilities, community roads, defense facilities, and living space. Community service and governance should serve women's healthy lives from the family service industry, community medical services and autonomous community organizations. Community planning mechanism to promote women's health requires the participation of multiple subjects from the community organizations, service agencies, planners, government and markets. The purpose of this study is to provide references for Chinese urban community planning oriented to women's health.
