摘要: 新时代城市更新对文化遗产的保护和传承提出更高要求。对于待更新地区现存的历史资源和信息，包括法定保护的文化遗产和尚未法定保护的历史文化遗存，在更新过程中如何采取合适的保护策略？又如何结合城市更新更好地促进遗产的保护和展示利用？实践案例中选择的更新模式具有不同的保护与更新力度，在遗存保存现状情况与更新方式之间形成了一些对应的特征模式。将这些模式纳入整体性框架内进行对比与理解，并提出遗产保护阶梯式介入城市更新的模型。以期更好地推动遗产资源从保护走向传承，为未来的更新和保护融合提供一些可借鉴的基本方法。
Abstract: The new urban renewal era requires higher requirements for the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage. For the existing historical resources and information in the area to be regenerated, including the cultural heritage that is legally protected and the historical and cultural heritage that has not yet been legally protected, it would be indispensable to find ways on how to take appropriate protection strategies and how to better promote the protection, display and utilization of heritage. The renewal modes selected in different practice cases have different degrees of protection and regeneration, leading to corresponding characteristics between the current situation of heritage and the renewal modes. This paper attempts to compare and understand these modes within the overall framework, and puts forward the model of ladder of heritage protection intervention in urban regeneration. We hope to promote heritage resources from protection to inheritance through this paper, and provide some basic methods for future heritage conservation and urban renewal projects.
